* 1/4 Cup Kabrita Instant Full Cream Goat Milk powder
* 1/4 Cup Sugar (white or brown)
* 2 tsp Vanilla essence
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds
* 1/2 Cup Pumpkin seeds
* 1/4 Cup Hemp seeds
