Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family, and is closely related to cauliflower. Its cultivation originated in Italy. Broccolo, its Italian name, means “cabbage sprout.” Because of its different components, broccoli provides a range of tastes and textures, from soft and flowery (the floret) to fibrous and crunchy (the stem and stalk). Broccoli contains glucosinolates, phytochemicals which break down to compounds called indoles and isothiocyanates (such as sulphoraphane). Broccoli also contains the carotenoid, lutein. Por el fin el dia tan esperado para muchos había llegado, la boda de mi amigo Timo y Bety. Timo y yo somos amigos desde que estábamos muy peques (10 o 11 mas o menos).

Antes de la ceremonia, me fui a volar el drone en la playa, ahi mismo en Half Moon Bay para obtener una vista diferente. Mientras grababa con el drone me di cuenta que la gente apuntaba hacia un lugar, después me di cuenta que eran delfines los que pasaban, los segui y pude obtener algunas tomas de estos hermosos animales.

La fiesta estuvo muy buena, demasiada musica, comida, y de tomar ni se diga. Muy buena compañía que hizo que el dia pasara super rapido y muy bien.

Al final de la fiesta, todos con unas copas de mas, me incluyo a mi mismo, nos fuimos a descansar para estar listos para el recalentado del siguiente dia.
