[What is Citrus Aurantium]

Citrus aurantium L, belonging to the family Rutaceae, is widely distributed in China. Zhishi, the Chinese traditional name for Citrus aurantium, has long been a folk medicine in traditional Chinese medicine (TCMto improve indigestion and help stimulate the Qi (energy force).

[Function]

1. Have the function of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic, vasoprotective and anticarcinogenic and cholesterol lowering actions.

2. Have the function of inhibiting following enzymes: Phospholipase A2, lipoxygenase, HMG-CoA reductase and cyclo-oxygenase.

3. Have the function of improving the health of capillaries by reducing the capillary permeability.

4. Have the function of reducing hay fever and other allergic conditions by inhibiting the release of histamine from mast cells. The possible activity of hesperidin could be explained by the inhibition of polyamine synthesis. (bitter orange extract)

There are some neat tricks I’d like to share with you – those that want to live a healthy and fit life with minimal effort – you have come to the right place!

You must do these, without any excuse for 10 days straight!

Why?
Well to create a new habit, it needs to be engrained into your routine. You are not automatically going to establish a new routine. And with something as simple as this, it can easily be left out.
So give it a good honest 10 days of fail free – if you forget, my friend, you start again! No worries – reach this personal goal and the world is your oyster!

Now here is what you must do:
- Drink 1 glass of water with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar OR a glass of warm water with 1 table spoon of honey – every single morning
- Go for a 30 minute brisk walk. If it is raining and you are unable to make it outside – march on the spot at home
- Max bread intake a day = 2 slices
- Do not eat any lollies, and limit desserts to once a week. Limiting sugar intake will help you so much. And yes I know fruit has sugar in it and so does everything else, but these are good healthy sugars! If you feel like sugar, have an apple or grapes.
