LAST WHAT I EAT IN A DAY VIDEO:

Hey guys! Welcome back to another WHAT I EAT IN A DAY VIDEO! So glad you are tuning in today.I am starting to vlog a lot more. Please let me know if you would like to see daily vlogs by giving me a thumbs up. Today I had a shoot in Hollywood at the Sunset Las Palms studio where they shoot a Disney Show and some other cool content! All RECIPES are down below for you even though they aren’t really recipes lol.

I started my day with a big glass of water. I have been really enjoying this lately. I was doing it but not consistently and I have seen a huge difference in my appetite when I do this right in the morning. It gets be going for the day ahead.

BREAKFAST: OVER NIGHT OATS W/ FRESH FRUIT
Ingredients:
-1 cup of gluten free oats
-Sunflower seeds
-2 Dates
-1 Cup of Rice Milk
-1 Apple
Directions:
I add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake well. I let this sit for about 30 minutes so the oats can soak up all of the rice milk. I enjoyed this with a spoon at my shoot this morning. It’s a great way to have a meal on the go and is super healthy.

LUNCH: GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
-2 Cups of Kale
-1 bunch of Parsley
-Fresh ginger
-1/2 lime juiced
-Turmeric (I honestly don’t really measure this but you can’t add to much)
-Ground Pepper
-Water
Directions:
Add all of you ingredients into a high speed blender and combine. When I use kale in my smoothies I have to make sure to blend a little longer because it is a bit for fiborise than spinach.

DINNER: SIMPLE MEAL
-Left over brown rice
-Potato Fries
-Broccoli
-Avocado
-Mustard Sauce
Direction:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F
2. Cut up your potato into fries and add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and NOOCH (Nutritional Yeast)
3. Cut up your broccoli into small florets. Add your your baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes. Make sure to keep and eye on your broccoli as it may be done before the potatoes are finished.
Mustard Sauce:
Ingredients:
-2 Tbsp of Mustard (I get mine from Trader Joe’s)
-1/4 tsp of Siracha
-1/4 tsp of Maple Syrup
-Garlic Powder
-Water to help thin it out.
Directions:
1. Combine all together and enjoy with your potatoes.

LATE NIGHT SNACK:
-Cucumber slices and Eggplant Hummus from Trader Joe’s
(This Hummus is amazing. It is oil-free and has such healthy ingredients in it) Let me know if you try it!
