Spelt Bread Recipe with Belgian Beer and Pumpkin Seeds (Straffe Hendrik)
Ingredients:
250 g wholegrain Spelt flour
250 g white Spelt flour
350 ml warm belgian beer (dark beer like Straffe Hendrik)
1 sachet dried baker’s yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 handfull pumpkin seeds
