Ingredients:
3 tbsp. coconut oil
3 whole zucchini, chopped
1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. ripe black olives, halved
2 tbsp. fresh basil, minced
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
1. Heat coconut oil on skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Saute zucchini, basil, olives, basil, onion, garlic, and sea salt and cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 min.
3. Dish, serve, and enjoy!
