*Lemon squeezed
*Hand full of spinach
*one spurt of flax seed oil. (Available in squeeze bottle)
*2oz of %100 cranberry juice.
*One hand full of frozen blueberries (Make sure they are frozen for enjoyability of the smoothie and consistency)
*One large teaspoon of Coconut oil. (My favorite brand is Natures Way cause it’s a wide mouth lid).
*One scoop of vegetable derived protein powder.
*One teaspoon of powdered %100 raw cacao (Optional boost).
*Add about 2oz of Wallaby Greek Yogurt or whatever you can get greek.
