Yohimbe is a tree that grows in Africa, and the natives there have used the crude bark and purified compound to enhance sexual desire and performance. Yohimbe has been used for centuries as an aphrodisiac. It has even been smoked as a hallucinogen. Nowadays, Yohimbe bark extract is mostly used to treat impotence for men and women.

What is Face mask? Facial mask
There are different kinds of masks (e.g. cactus, cucumber, etc.) for different purposes: deep-cleansing, by penetrating the pores; healing acne scars or hyper-pigmentation; brightening, for a gradual illumination of the skin tone. Some masks are designed to dry or solidify on the face, almost like plaster; others just remain wet. The perceived effects of a facial mask treatment include revitalizing, healing, or refreshing; and, may yield temporary or long-term benefits (depending on environmental, dietary, and other skincare factors).
Masks are removed by either rinsing the face with water, wiping off with a damp cloth, or peeling off of the face. Duration for wearing a mask varies with the type of mask, and manufacturer’s usage instructions. The time can range from a few minutes to overnight. Those with sensitive skin are advised to first test out the mask on a small portion of the skin, in order to check for any irritations. Some facial masks are not suited to frequent use. ***NOTE*** I did say in the video that you can use cream of tartar OR citric acid, but in the video I did use cream of tartar- no citric acid was used!!

Ingredients:
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup cream of tartar or citric acid
1/2 cup epsom salts
1/2 cup corn starch
2 tbs oil (coconut, olive, etc.)
2 and 1/2 tsp essential oil
3/4 tsp water
several drops food colouring

Mix together dry and wet ingredients on separate bowls, and lightly drip the wet ingredients onto the dry ingredients (so that you don’t cause a reaction) and mix well till its about the consistency of sand
Recipe makes 3 bath bombs!
