Serves 8

Ingredients:
1 cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup salted butter melted
1/2 cup peanut butter
12 packets truvia (or 1/2 cup sugar equivalent)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a bowl, mix until well combined.
3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Wisk until completely combined.
4. Pour wet ingredient into dry and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix.
5. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes for gooey brownies, bake 15-18 minutes for more cake-like brownies.
7. Remove from oven, cool in fridge and enjoy!
