Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats blended into flour (roughly 1/2 cup oat flour)
1 + 1/2 cup spelt flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 large ripe bananas
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unrefined cane sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon ground
1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 2-3 tbsp water – set aside to thicken)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries

NOTE: Ensure you cool it for 30 minutes to allow it to thicken/harden
