Green Coffee Bean Extract is sourced from Europe and is standardized to more than 99% Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid is the compound present in coffee. Which has been long known as for its beneficial properties. [ ]1 inch ginger
[ ]1/2 cup water to grind
[ ]1/4 cup Tamarind juice
[ ]Salt
[ ]1tbs black salt
[ ]2 tbs chilli powder
[ ]1.5 tbs cumin powder
[ ]1tbs coriander powder
[ ]1 tbs chat masala powder
[ ]1 tbs amchur powder
[ ]1 tbs black pepper powder
[ ]4 cups of Water

Ingredients for Pani Puri stuffing:
[ ]1 boiled potato
[ ]Salt
[ ]1/2 cup frozen or boiled green peas or you can use chickpeas.
[ ]Onion to stuff in poories

Ingredients for puri & Sukha Puri:
[ ]1/2 cup maida
[ ]1/2 cup semolina
[ ]Salt
[ ]Pinch of baking soda
[ ]Water to prepare dough

Ingredients for Sukha Puri stuffing:
[ ]Prepared potato mixture
[ ]Some onions finely chopped
[ ]Pinch of Salt
[ ]Pinch of Chilli powder
[ ]Pinch of cumin powder
[ ]Pinch of coriander powder
