Product Description

The wolfberry is harvested when the fruit is orange red. INGREDIENT LIST
-oats (well no shit.)
-peanut butter or almond butter (any type of nut butter)
-raw shelled hemp hearts
-chia seeds
-ground flax seeds
-pumpkin seeds
-banana (I like to mash mine)
-mixed berries/any other type of fruit
-unsweetened plant milk
-vegan protein powder (optional)
-cinnamon (optional)

☀HOT HOT HOT OATS☀
Put everything in a pot (or leave some ingredients out and save them as toppings). Cook over medium heat until you see that most of the oats or “flat kernels” have dissipated or turned into mush. Add additional water if the oatmeal is too thick. Make sure to stir every couple of minutes.

⌁LUKEWARM OATS⌁
You will need a kettle, and any plate big enough to cover your bowl.
Fill your kettle with water. Mix all the ingredients in your bowl, except the milk and fruit. Once the kettle is ready, pour enough until the water level is a little above the surface of your oats. Then cover your bowl with your plate, (and if you want to be extra, use a counterweight to not let any hot air escape). Wait for at least 5 minutes. All of the oats will soak up the hot water. Then add your fruit, milk, and cinnamon (optional).

❄COLD VERSION❄
Use a bowl or jar (I like to use a mason jar). Pour a 1:1 ratio of milk to your oats. Mix everything up, wait overnight [at least 6-8 hours]. By this time, the oats will soak up all the milk, and enjoy! ☺
