[How to get it]

First, we collect raw propolis from beehives, then extract by low temperature with ethanol. Filter and concentrate, we get the pure propolis block at 90% to 95%.

Propolis comes from the substance like natural resin, which is collected by the bees from exudates of plants branches and bud the chemical substances of Propolis are found to be various, such as beeswax, resin, incense lipids, aromatic oil, fat-soluble oils, pollen and other organic matter. Alcohol-free mulled wine recipe

Ingredients:

300g fresh cranberries
200g black cherries
4 tbsp honey
1300ml of filtered or spring water
A thumb-sized chunk of ginger
3 cinnamon sticks
3-4 star anise flowers
8 cardamom pods
16 cloves
2 oranges
1 lemon

Place cranberries and 300 ml of water in a pan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil (for 10-15 mins until cranberry skins split and bubbles form).

In the meantime, stone your cherries.

Turn off the heat. Add the cherries and honey.

Blend until smooth.

Stud the citrus fruit with the cloves, and slice.

Pour cherry sauce back into pan along with 1 litre of water, the spices and fruit.

Bring to the boil. After 25-30 minutes reduce to a simmer.

Serve warm. Add honey to taste.
