The components of sweetness in stevia leaves are stevioside, rebaudioside A, C, D, E and dulcoside A. Rebaudioside C, D, E and dulcoside A are small in quantity. The principal components are stevioside and rebaudioside A.

Place a small pot of water over high heat

Chop up some carrots into thin rectangular shapes. Add the carrots to the hot boiling water and add the frozen or fresh broccoli to the hot pot of water as well and boil the vegetables for 7 minutes then sit them aside in a bowl

Slice up your steak into beef squares

Season them with 3 tbs of Soy sauce, 1 tbs of salt, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Stir well and sit aside

Make your sauce

In a bowl combine 1/4 cups of oyster sauce, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cups of beef broth and 2 1/2 tbs of brown sugar

In another bowl combine 1 tbs of cornstarch and 3 tbs of beef broth. Stir well then poor into bowl of sauce, and stir in well

Get a pan and place it over medium heat

Add 3 tbs of oil, 1 tbs of minced garlic, and your marinated beef

Stir until done. Then add steamed broccoli and carrots and stir fry. Add your bowl of sauce and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens up
