    (All ingredients can be found at most any regular grocery story. We did not use any specialty products.)
    • Cut the Squash
    • Remove the seeds
    • Pour 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil on each half.
    • Rub it in
    • Add Pink Himalayan Salt
    • Add Peppercorn
    • Add Garlic Powder
    • Add Italian Seasoning
    • Pour 1-2 OZ of water in the casserole dish and flip over the squash to cook.
    • Cook at 400 for 45-60 Minutes (Cook time depends on the size)
    • I like to check it at 30 minutes to see how hard it is.
    • Check at 45 minutes.
    • Cook for 10 more minutes if needed.
    • Once you remove them from the oven flip them over and let cool.
    • Scrap out the spaghetti using a fork
    • Add More Italian Seasoning
    • Add More Garlic Powder
    • Mix it in
    • It’s ready to serve!
