However, the good news is that there are about 8 specific foods that are clinically proven to work… IF you take the right kind and the correct amounts.

Raw Garlic Cloves
Garlic has many health benefits, especially for your heart and one of them is lowering high blood pressure.

However, for it to really work you need to consume at least 3, RAW cloves of garlic daily. Unfortunately, the problem here is that your breath and body is going to smell.
