Brief Introduction

Salicin is a naturally occurring compound found in the bark of several species of trees, primarily North American in origin, that are from the willow, poplar, and aspen families. White willow, from whose Latin name, Salix alba, the term salicin is derived, is the most well known source of this compound, but it is found in a number of other trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants as well being synthesized commercially. It is a member of the glucoside family of chemicals and is used as an analgesic and antipyretic. Salicin is used as a precursor for the synthesis of salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic acid, commonly known as aspirin.

A colorless, crystalline solid in its pure form, salicin has the chemical formula C13H18O7. Part of its chemical structure is equivalent to the sugar glucose, meaning it is classified as a glucoside. It is soluble, but not strongly so, in water and alcolhol. Salicin has a bitter taste and is a natural analgesic and antipyretic, or fever reducer. In large quantities, it can be toxic, and overdoses may lead to liver and kidney damage. In its raw form, it may be mildly irritating to skin, respiratory organs, and eyes.

However, it appears that the approval of Stevia as an alternative sweetener proved to be beneficial to consumers because it would replace aspartame, an artificial sweetener which has been linked to numerous neurological disorders that include headaches and muscle pains and certain eye disorders.

The FDA’s favorable action will also encourage manufacturers to produce Stevia-sweetened products to cater to consumers especially diabetics, who prefer low calorie and carbohydrated regulated natural food items.

2) Benson ½ cup
3) Oil 50 gm
4) Rice Powder1/2 Cup
5) Cumin seed 1/2 Tsp
6) Baking soda 1/4 TSP
7)salt
8) Chilli Powder 1/2 TSP
9) Chopped Onion 2 pieces
10)Green Chili 3 pieces
Process
Cut flower into small Picess and then Put Beson on a pot now Baking soda ,salt, Chilli Powder,Cumin seed and Rice powder ,mix all item with spoon . and add chopped green Chilli and Onion. Next add flower pieces.
Mix all this item with adding water

Now Add Oil on heated pan for fry. Now Fry The Beson mixed with flower into the oil.Fry this until it brown in colour in both Side.
And Remove it from pan to your serving trey.

Now ready your Krispie Kumro Phuler Bora try it with souse
