[Introduction:]

Grape Juice concentrate extract  powder is another powerful antioxidant. It strengthens and protects living tissue and aids in circulation. It is a super antioxidant, 20-50 times more powerful than vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. As we age, our bodies produce less antioxidant to combat the aging process and therefore need to supplement with these. Method
Soak rice for 20 minutes and wash well..
In a cooker add rice along with all powders and water and cook for one whistle in medium flame ..
When the pressure releases open the cooker ..
Grind coconut along with cumin and shallots to fine paste..
Add this paste into the cooked rice along with extra water..
Cook for 5 minutes ..
Add salt and cress seeds ..(opt)
Finally season with small onions
So tasty healthy Jeeraka Kanji is ready to serve

This is me making Powdered Pumpkin from a Long Island Cheese Pumpkin I roasted and mashed with a potato masher then spread on dehydrator sheets and dried for about 32 hours . Later batches made from small Pie Pumpkins were roasted then pureed in the food processor spread on sheets then dried and powdered.
