[What is Tribulus terrestris?]

Tribulus terrestris is a vine that has been used as a general tonic (energy) and herbal treatment for impotence, but is found primarily in dietary supplements marketed for increasing testosterone levels in bodybuilders and power athletes. The idea behind tribulus is that it may increase testosterone levels indirectly by raising blood levels of another hormone, luteinizing hormone.

I wanted to approach my hair the way I wish I did in the first year of my first big chop. Overall I really like how soft my hair felt after using Soultanicals Pumpkin-Kaolin Healing Locks , the only thing is my hair did not maintain the shine it’s recently been having the next day. I think it’s partly because the clay while softening and make your hair look dry, but it should totally bounce back after.
