Many studies have shown that green tea can increase fat burning and help you lose weight. What about other teas? What makes green tea so special?
One thing that green tea has that helps people lose weight is
caffeine. Even though A cup of green tea contains much less caffeine (24-40 mg) than a cup of coffee (100-200 mg), its still enough to have a mild effect. Caffeine is a stimulant that will get your heart rate higher and in turn will increase your metabolism.
However this ins’t the only way that green tea stands out, and helps
you lose weight. In fact it’s been proven that people still lose more
weight with decaffeinated green tea when compared to people that don’t drink it at all.
Most people know that green tea is loaded with anti oxidants, but the specifics of these antioxidants reveal what makes this drink so special. Green tea has potent antioxidants known as catechins. Unlike other stimulants like ephedra, these catechins do not stimulate your nervous system. So unlike many stimulants sold in vitamin stores, you won’t have a seizure or bleed every time you blow your nose.

body you want, so don’t think that just by chasing down your cheetos with some green tea your going to lose weight.

I Used 2 major ingredients here. First is
1/4 cup of rice –any rice is good

Rice is rich in vitamins, minerals, carbohydrate and amino acids which are essential for beautiful skin and healthier. It is also rich in ferulic acid, a great antioxidant, and allantoin, which is an anti-inflammatory in nature.
1 Green tea bag.
Benefits of green tea:
Green tea contains a high amount of antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids, and phytochemicals like polyphenols. It also has vitaminB, folate, manganese, potassium, magnesium and caffeine
1 Cup of water
2 empty clean containers, One for storage and the other for soaking the rice and tea and a clean pot
Add the tea and water into the pot and bring it to boil. Remove from heat and set aside. Rinse the rice with cool water to remove impurites. Add the rice to the water, stir with a spoon and leave it on the kitchen tabel overnight for it to ferment a little.
The next morning shake the container or use a spoon to stir it. Filter out the water using a sieve, and then transfer it into the storage bottle or spary bottle.
WHILE CLEANING THE FACE
How to use this product:
Clean you face with water, then dry it. Soak a cotton ball with the green tea-rice water, and use it to clean your face, allow the product to air dry.
Do this once a day at bed time. You don’t need to wash it off. except if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
If you want to use it on your hair, Add it to a spary bottle and spray it all over the hair and massaga your hair. Again no need too wash it off.
If you want to use it as Hair rinse: You can add some of it into a bowl of water and use it to rinse your hair.
YOU can add few drops of essential oil to this mixture if you don’t like the smell.
