[What is Epimedium?]

Epimedium extract is a popular aphrodisiac supplement and herbal sexual performance enhancer.It has a long history of traditional use in China for the alleviation of erectile dysfunction and for improving libido and fertility.

Also known as Horny Goat Weed, this supplement supposedly got its name after a farmer noticed that his flock of goats were particularly aroused after eating flowers of a specific type. These Epimedium flowers contain icariin, which is a natural compound that increases blood flow to sexual organs and promotes sex drive. Icariin has been found to increase Nitric Oxide synthesis as well as inhibiting the activity of the PDE-5 enzyme

[Icariin in Epimedium Extract]

Epimedium extracts powder contain an active phytochemical called icariin.Icariin has been observed to exhibit a number of useful traits, including renoprotective (liver protecting) hepatoprotective (kidney protecting), cardioprotective (heart protecting) and neuroprotective (brain protecting) effects.

It is also an antioxidant and can cause vasodilation. It exhibits antimicrobial characteristics and is thought to act as an aphrodisiac.

Icariin is classified as a flavonol glycoside, which is a type of flavonoid. Specifically, icariin is the 8-prenyl derivation of kaempferol 3,7-O-diglucoside, a prevalent and important flavonoid.

1. Combat mental and physical fatigue;

2. Induce vasodilation and improve circulation;

3. Lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients;

4. Improve symptoms of erectile dysfunction (ED) through its action as a PDE5  inhibitor;

5. Improve the use of free testosterone in the blood;

6. Increase libido;

7. Alleviate symptoms of depression and stimulate improved cognitive function;

8. Protect against neurological degeneration.

Just note that the core has been overclocked to 4.5 GHz she can handle 5.0 and I had that on for a while, but I don’t like how hot it gets and there wasn’t much difference performance wise in Arma.

Q + A:

Q: Liru, you should really get an xbox controller for cinematics!
A: if you want cinematics, go check out my good friend Luetin09′s channel. He uses an xbox controller and is much better with capturing cinematics. I prefer to focus on my playerbase’s enjoyment and covering all angles of the ops through micromanagement, and that’s much easier to do with a mouse and keyboard for me.

Q: You should play on the ground more!
A: I love zeus because I like creating and organizing scenarios. On the ground, I almost always devolve into a squad leader or commander that demands good comms, 360 security, and things to be executed as flawlessly as possible. That’s challenging to do outside of milsim with more than 10 people in Arma 3, and thus I just don’t enjoy it as much as I would compared to being a Zeus. if you want more on the ground content, look up Jester814. I absolutely love his stuff!

Q: how do you upload so many videos a day?!?
A: Thanks to the marvels of time management, I am able to go to college, work 40 hours a week, maintain my now 3 year+ relationship with Bloodwing, and host 6-7 operations within different categories of Arma, then process them and upload them to YouTube and somehow still get 6-8 hours of sleep a night…HAHA JK I DONT SLEEP IM JUST A ROBOT!

Q: You should shoot for going full time!
A: There are MANY obstacles to that…but rather than explain them all i’ll just say one thing and my classic line in terms of what the future golds. I’ll set the stage and “we’ll see how it all plays out”.
