[What is Epimedium?]

Epimedium extract is a popular aphrodisiac supplement and herbal sexual performance enhancer.It has a long history of traditional use in China for the alleviation of erectile dysfunction and for improving libido and fertility.

They are one of the main organs that the body uses to detoxify itself. They do this by balancing body fluids, form urine, clear unwanted waste from the body and maintain the body’s pH levels. Clearly detoxing the kidneys is important for our health, and luckily it can be done quite simply when the right foods are consumed. Before we discuss the foods, it should be mentioned that drinking water is important for kidney health. Drinking enough water will help to flush out the kidneys, and allow it to even cleanse itself. Now lets discuss the foods for kidney cleansing.

1. Lemon juice can help with the overall health of our kidneys. Since it is naturally acidic, it can increase citrate levels in our urine, thereby decreasing the chances of kidney stones from forming. For best results, squeeze about one quarter to one half of a lemon into 8 ounces of hot water. This can be consumed daily.

2. Pumpkin seeds are also helpful. They are rich in a number of different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
