[What is Andrographis?]

Andrographis paniculata is a bitter tasting annual plant, referred to as the “King of Bitters.” It has white-purple flowers and it is native to Asia and India where it has been valued for centuries for its numerous medicinal benefits. Full Vegetable meal ingredients:
2 medium red potatoes, cubed
1 small stalk of celery, sliced very thin
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup very young fresh green beans
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 cup cooked chick peas or other cooked dried beans
Two large handfuls of organic baby spinach, washed
Salt to taste
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Use water left on spinach for the added water to steam
