[What is Ginseng]

In terms of modern scientific research, ginseng is known to be an adaptogen. Adaptogens are substances that assist the body to restore itself to health and work without side effects even if the recommended dose is widely exceeded.

Now that I’m on a new hair journey (I do plan on getting a small trim in about a month to keep it short through the spring). I wanted to approach my hair the way I wish I did in the first year of my first big chop. Overall I really like how soft my hair felt after using Soultanicals Pumpkin-Kaolin Healing Locks , the only thing is my hair did not maintain the shine it’s recently been having the next day.
