[What is green tea extract]

This is my personal review update on 5-HTP supplement that I have been taking for 4 months now to help getting off pain meds with very little side effect. I have been sleeping very well, not anxious anymore, and have a good feeling that this supplements helps with my low carb lifestyle controlling carb cravings(if any).

carbohydrates are undoubtedly the main cause of obesity and carbohydrates cause
the release of serotonin (“sugar haze” effects), then it is not surprising that the restoration of deficient levels of serotonin by natural means with 5-HTP would decrease carbohydrate cravings.
