Pumpkin Fried Curry

1 cup chopped pumpkin
1 onion
1/2 tomato
3 cloves of a garlic
1 green chilli
A sprig of curry leaves
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mixed chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp salt
OIl as required

Finely chop onion and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves; let it splutter.
Add finely chopped onion and green chilli; saute.
When the onion are slightly browned, add tomato; and saute till mushy.
Add chopped pumpkin; and saute.
Add salt, mixed chilli and turmeric powder; saute.
Add required water, cook covered, stirring in between.
When it is cooked, add shredded coconut, mix well and remove from heat.
Tasty pumpkin fried curry is ready.
