Low Carb Cream of Broccoli Soup with pepper jack cheese ( 47 carbs total)
Cut up into small pieces: 4 cups broccoli,(20) ½ sweet onion,(7) 2 stalks of celery(4)
In large pan melt 1 stick of butter(0)…add 2 chicken boullion cubes (4) and 2 cups water (0)
