[What is St. John's wort]

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of pepitas
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp ORGANIC INDIA ginger powder
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
