A quick overview of 5 dietary supplements shown to cure or alleviate tinnitus. As I explain in this video, tinnitus can be caused by a variety of factors, so it is prudent to check with a physician about the causes in your particular case. But if you choose to opt for a nutritional approach to cure tinnitus, in this video I present five dietary supplements that research has demonstrated can alleviate or cure tinnitus.
