Blueberry Muffins -they’re so good here’s the recipe… enjoy!

the recipe
You will need:
300g fresh blueberries
250g plain flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
50g margarine
300g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250ml milk

-combine the sugar with the margarine
-add the eggs
-add the vanilla extract
-add the milk and the flour gradually
-fold in the blueberries
-bake at gas mark 4 for 25mins
-allow to cool and decorate with fresh blueberries and dust with icing sugar
