Follow-up: Abundant Health Garcinia Cambogia is now for maintenance

Follow-up to my 1st review(below): Since I have achieved the results described in that 1st review, Abundant Health Garcinia Cambogia is now for maintenance to keep me in the 219-224lb range. I can now splurge a few times a month with a sweet dissert or eat a meal a little past my ‘full’ point and with Abundant Health Garcinia Cambogia it is easy to get back on track and within 2-3 days drop the couple of pounds gained while off the reservation.
Note: while a few reviews are very negative, it appears to me some people want ‘right now’ results with a few days effort and very little self discipline. Just develop a plan that you can work with and stick with it. While AHGC has been my primary component for self control and thus weight control I also take a 50 billion units probiotic capsule each morning, maintain a 30-40 grams fiber diet and (except for the occasional splurge) restrict my sugar intake to +/-20 grams per day (4 grams = 1 teaspoon).
