This home made rice food is one of the best food for babies. It contains rice, dal, ghee and veg (carrot, beetroot, cabbage,garlic, cumin seeds, green peas). you may add your own vegs
For 6 – 10 months old baby
Rice – 2 spoon ; dal – 1 spoon
For 10 -14 months old baby
Rice – 3 spoon ; dal – 1 and 1/2 spoon
For 14 -18 months old baby
Rice – 4 spoon ; dal – 2 spoon
Ingredients
1. Rice
2. Dal ( Toor dal or Moong dal )
3. Carrot
4. Beetroot
5. Cabbage
6. Garlic
7. small onion
8. salt
9. Cumin seeds
10. Turmeric powder
11. Pepper powder
12. Water
Method
1. Wash the rice and dal well .
2. Put the rice, dal, water and ingredients(3 – 11) in a pressure cooker.
