1. Pumpkin 500 gram
2. Onion ½
3. Tomato 1
4. Fenugreek seed & Turmeric ½ tsp each
5. Mustard seed 1 tsp
6. Salt, Gram masala, Sugar ½ tsp each
7. Amchoor & Tamarind paste 1 tsp each

Here is the recipe: Heat couple table spoon oil in pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds. Let these crackle and then add 1/2 medium onion. Lightly Saute and then add pumpkin diced in small pieces (about 1 cup). Saute for 10 mins untill tender and then add condiments salt, quater teaspoon of garam masala,chilli powder each. Cover and let cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes and then add 1/2 teaspoon tamarind concentrate and mango powder (1/2 teaspoon). Add little water (couple table spoons) mix everything and let it cook again on medium heat and mash pumpkin to desired consistency…enjoy kathi meethi kadhu ki sabsi with poori, samosa, kachori…
