1/4 Stick of melted butter
1/2 Cup of Organic sugar
(Sugar of choice or
Coconut sugar for lower carbs)
2 Tbls of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp of sea salt
2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
4 Tbsp of Chia seeds OPTIONAL!
Add Ingredients to coated seeds and stir well
Preheat oven, Cook at 320 for 15 minutes stir and
cook till crispy and Golden brown

Spicy Parmesan
2 Cups of DRY Seeds
Oil of Choice (olive, Butter, Grapeseed)
(Coat seeds with oil before adding spices)
½ Cup of Parmesan
1-2 Tbsp of Cayenne Pepper
(Depending on how spicy you like it)
1 Tbsp of Garlic Salt
1 tsp of parsley
2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
Add Ingredients to coated seeds and stir well
Preheat oven, Cook at 320 for 15 minutes stir and
cook till crispy and Golden brown

Garden Ranch and Dill
2 Cups of DRY Seeds
Oil of Choice (olive, Butter, Grapeseed)
(Coat seeds with oil before adding spices)
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dry seasoning
2 Tbsp of Dry Dill Weed
2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 ½ Tbsp Onion powder
1 ½ Tbsp of Garlic Salt
Add Ingredients to coated seeds and stir well
Preheat oven, Cook at 320 for 15 minutes stir and
cook till crispy and Golden brown
