So, my sister and I wanted to see if you could extract the gluten from flour to make a very elastic ball of protein. Then, we tried (and succeed!) to fill it up with air like a balloon.

Our factory, which turns out huge volumes of this compound, may yield a material that is just a few percentile (maybe 4% or 5%) different in its purity and potency.
