Hi Friends, today we are going to see how to make Kheer which is an indian sweet/ Dessert in hindi. Kheer is one of the traditional Indian dessert recipe.Today we will see how to make delectable and mouth watering Rice Kheer in quick and easy way. So lets see how to make pudding rice or Rice Kheer/ Chawal Ki Kheer.

Ingredients
- 1 tspn Desi Ghee
- 1 ltr milk
- 1 Cup crushed makhane
- 1/2 Cup Rice
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Kesar
- raisins
- almonds
- crushed cardamom
- Cashews

Method
- In a Pan ad one spoon desi ghee and cardamom powder.
- In the pan add 2 large cups of milk (1 liter) and add few strands of kesar.
- Once boiled, add 1/2 Cup of soaked and crushed rice and keep stirring.
- Now add crushed makhane( 1 CUP)
- Add sugar to the kheer and keep stirring.
- If it becomes thick add more milk to it.
- Keep stirring the kheer and add raisins, almonds and cashews.

Rice Kheer is ready to be served!
