The wolfberry is harvested when the fruit is orange red. All you need is pumpkin seeds any oil of your choosing and seasonings of your choosing. Once you season them put them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. We made a sweet one with melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt! The savory flavor we made was with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt.
