[What is royal jelly]
Fresh royal jelly is the concentrated super food responsible for turning an ordinary worker bee into a queen bee. The queen bee is 50% larger than a worker bee and lives for up to 4 to 5 years with worker bees living through only one season.

A simple pumpkin seed recipe passed down from my mom. Enjoy!

1 cup washed and dried pumpkin seeds
1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 tps salt
(you can add flavoring with garlic, onion, and chili powder ect.)

bake at 300 for 45 minutes, flipping every 10 until golden
