[What is green tea extract]

今日のエピソードでコールマーと言う野菜をたっぷり入れたカラフルなカレーを紹介します。
材料：
野菜カップ２杯（豌豆、人参、じゃがいも、かりーフラワ、いんげん）
パニール半カップ
油
お塩
トマトピューレ１カップ
カシューナツ６ー７個
クミンシード小さじ１杯
コリアンダーパウダー小さじ１。５杯
赤いチリパウダー小さじ１杯
ガラムマサラ小さじ1/4

野菜の炒め方: 鍋を火にかけます。大さじ１杯の油を入れてよく熱します。そして小さじ１杯のお塩をいれます。野菜をたっぷり入れます。油とよく混ぜたあと少しお水を加えて蓋をかけて煮えてください。蓋を開けて全ての水気がなくなって人参が柔らかくなっているのを確かめます。よくできたら皿に出しておきます。
グレービーベース: トマトピューレ、ケッチャプ、大さじ２ー３分のヨーグルトを取り混ぜるのです。よく泡立てます。
カレーの作り方: グレービーの作り方です。同じ鍋に油を熱します。クミンシードを入れてパチパチ音をたてたらカシューナツを加えます。色が変わったらコリアンダーパウダーと赤いチリパウダーを入れます。
グレービーベースを入れてしっかりと混ぜます。 沸騰したら炒めた野菜を鍋に戻します。半カップのパニールを入れます。最後にガラムマサラを入れるとコールマーが出来上がりです。パンやナンやご飯と一緒に楽しんでください。

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green Beans)
- 1/2 cup Cubed Paneer
- Oil
- Salt
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 6 – 7 Cashew Nuts
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1&1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Method:
- In a heated pan put 1 tbsp of oil & add salt vegetables and mix everything well.
- Add water to it and let it boil till all the vegetables get boiled properly.
- Meanwhile in a bowl pour tomato puree, tomato ketchup, and yogurt and batter the mixture.
- Take the vegetables out in a bowl when the water has dried out and the vegetables are nice & soft.
- In a heated pan pour some oil and add cumin seeds, till the cumin seeds splutter.
- Add Cashew Nuts and fry till brown
- Add the coriander and red chilly powder
- Add tomato puree and mix everything well
- Once the mixture starts boiling, add the fried vegetables and Paneer. Mix everything well
- Add a salt a little and garam masala to whole curry.
- Mix everything well and the vegetable korma is ready to be served

Hydroxycut has helped me lose weight. It has a lot of caffeine, so if you’re not used to that you should start slow. For me, I don’t get any jitters or adverse effects as long as I drink a lot of water with the dose. Most of the time I’ll drink a whole glass of water with it.
