[What is Huperzine A]

Huperzia is a type of moss that grows in China. It is related to club mosses (the Lycopodiaceae family) and is known to some botanists as Lycopodium serratum . The whole prepared moss was used traditionally. Modern herbal preparations use only the isolated alkaloid known as huperzine A. Huperzine A is an alkaloid found in huperzia that has been reported to prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine, an important substance needed by the nervous system to transmit information from cell to cell. Animal research has suggested that huperzine A’s ability to preserve acetylcholine may be greater than that of some prescription drugs. Loss of acetylcholine function is a primary feature of several disorders of brain function, including Alzheimer’s disease . Huperzine A may also have a protective effect on brain tissue, further increasing its theoretical potential for helping reduce symptoms of some brain disorders.

[Function] Used in alternative medicine, huperzine A has been found to act as a cholinesterase inhibitor, a type of medicine used to prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine (a chemical essential to learning and memory).

Even if it is a placebo, you will at least get positive change

I got this product for someone else so I do not have personal experience with it except for what the recipient told me. of course, Garcinia Cambogia is not a miracle product but it seems that even though the product’s claims are not evaluated by the FDA, the product at least has a positive placebo affect. Or of course, if you go from a fast food diet to a clean eating diet, you will see results.

The serving size is 2 capsules and 60 capsules are in one container.

This was my first review: 3 stars
I have only been on it for a couple weeks. I do have more energy which I am very pleased with. It does not upset my stomach or give me a query feeling . I hope that the next couple weeks will provide me with some great results.

I have been taking this product for 6 weeks now and have lost a total of 15lbs so far. It is not an overnight fix it. It took at least 4 weeks before I saw any loss in weight. I started out by taking 2 tablet a day just in the morning then I increase it to 2 tablets before breakfast and 1 Tablet before dinner. Then after 4 weeks I increased it to 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets before dinner.

I can honestly say the pounds just started falling off. My sister is taking another product and having the same results. You have to find a product that works for you and this one works for me. I just received my 3rd bottle of this product. I recommend this product to anyone to try. But it is really up to you to stick with it. You need to decrease your food intake by at least 20%. I did not really change what I was eating just the portion size.

In other words, “GO FOR IT” what do have to loose. LOL! Just the weight!

Third Review-Update (Aug. 2014): I am now taking 2 tablets before each meal. I have lost 20lbs. Gone from a size 18 to 12. I started walking our housing development and the Mall. Went on vacation and eat to my hearts content and only gained 2 lbs. How awesome is that! I am back on track now. Be patient you did not put it on overnight so it will not come off overnight.
