Cranberry White Chocolate Protein Bars: No Bake
Makes 16 bars
Ingredients:
4 scoops MTS Machine Whey Vanilla
½ cup natural peanut butter (smooth)
½ cup agave nectar or honey
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp- 4 Tbs Almond Milk Unsweetened
⅓ cup Reduced Sugar Craisins
⅓ cup (50 grams) white chocolate, melted
For the Topping
1 Tbsp Reduced Sugar Craisins
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth. Add in the whey protein and oat flour and stir together until it starts to come together. Add in the milk and stir until it forms a dough.
Add in the Craisins and mix (clean hands work best) until combined.
Place dough in an 8×8 pan misted with non stick cooking spray . Press the dough into the pan until even.
Then melt the white chocolate. I melted in the microwave in 30 second increments. Using a fork, drizzle the white chocolate over the bars. Then place the additional Craisins on top.
Place bars in the fridge for 30 minutes until set. Remove from fridge and cut into bars. Wrap bars individually or place in a re-sealable container and store in the freezer (recommended) or fridge (will last about a week).

Carbs = 20 g
Fat = 5 grams
Protein= 9 grams
Fiber = 2 g
